Teespring - Locked out of account/ NON-EXISTING costumer support
A few weeks ago I started an seller account. About a week ago I activated the 2-factor authentication by accident without scanning the code.
I am now locked out of my account.
I have contacted teespring by email and through their website several times and there is no response, no acknowledgment, no help.
They just implemented 2 factor verification without a plan B how to access an account some other way. They don't offer phone number either. I spent hours on the internet hoping to find useful information how to fix this problem. Nothing.
Awful support, actually non-existing support.
PS: There are many tutorials/videos on how to get started, sell, promote etc. but zero information what to do in such a case.
I came across many people with similar issues and teespring's routine response is always to contact sellers@***.com. If you are waiting to hear from them, good luck.
User's recommendation: Look for a company with decent costumer support.
